You may recognize the book of Micah for its prophecy that the Messiah would come from Bethlehem. But, we’ll miss a great deal if we look to Micah only for this prophecy. Micah shows us a God who opposes the wicked and cares deeply for the downtrodden and the oppressed. In addition, the prophet teaches us how to live in right relationship with the only true God. As you study Micah with Today in the Word this month, I pray that you will:
